Closing Time

Kim was just in my office, talking about why she hasn't made any blog entries over our Thanksgiving Break. "I've been so happy at home that I don't want to do anything to break the plane. Even blogging feels like going out." I know what she means. I've been short of words myself. Sharing pictures somehow feels less intrusive. At any rate, we both have lots to say. Some of it may make it to LiveJournal. Some of it may not. But we had a really good five days as a family. Maybe it's because of my -- cliché alert! -- whirlwind trip back east last weekend, seeing my relatives, but I've never felt Thanksgiving so intensely before. I hope that's a good sign.
