What genius decided that relish should come in an "Easy Squeeze" plastic container? Ketchup makes sense. I'm sure most people my age or older can recall the way our hands reverberated after banging the old glass bottles with our palms. Because ketchup is a viscous liquid, the ability to squeeze its container helps a lot. But relish? The last time I checked, relish was still made of little pieces of pickled cucumber, solid even when they are sliced very small. Squeezing doesn't help. And when the relish finally emerges from its plastic prison, it squirts all over the place like chunks of green vomit. No one needs that sort of "improvement." I can make do just fine with a small, glass bottle and a spoon, thank you.
