I've been watching more than usual because I'm exhausted and can enjoy the games while doing several other things, then check back in for the final few minutes. I'm also finding Charles Barkeley's post-game commentary relaxing. I like his voice.

I have a hypothesis that Sam Cassell is A) not a team player; and B) an alien. Granted, Daniel Ewing should've jumped to contest Bell's three in the corner, but it wasn't "senior leadership" to chastise him on national TV, which is what Cassell did.

I thought Dunleavy's personnel switches were smart. The Suns play more like a team, that's all. Their slight deficit in talent is made up by their teamwork and heart.

Rajah Bell plays like Joe Dumars.

Awesome sports blogging.

The Joe Dumars comparison is very apt. Dumars was a defensive stopper who always seemed to score when it counted. And he was pretty unsung for much of his career. And then there's the fact that Dumars was the one who could and did stop Michael Jordan.

I'd hesitate to go so far as to say Dumars 'stopped' Jordan. Jordan just didn't get the help he needed to beat a phenomenal Pistons team... he was still scoring virtually at will. He averaged about 35 points a game against Dumars.

It depends which series you're talking about. Also, shooting percentage is a factor. Jordan could score 35 on 60% shooting and 35 on 30% shooting.

Cassell isn't so much an alien as he is a fetus.
