Time To Go Home
My trip is rapidly nearing an end. I'm just back from the Melvins show and have to pack and then attempt to sleep for two hours before heading to the airport. It was good to come here. I hope it will be as good to return. Transitions are hard.

Two drummers in this incarnation, where they fuse with the band Big Business. Mind-blowingly good. Loud, of course, but not muddy. It was all about the pummeling of precision.

Re: lombardo!

Maybe they will tour with a different line-up. I can't see the set-up fitting there either. I didn't even realize they were playing in Tucson, because their own website only lists tour dates through 11/15. Thanks for the tip. Either I or the mother of my child will be there. Probably the former, since it's a little late for her. I wish I could mosh. I never made it to the pit in Seattle. But moshing in Tucson is invariably a lackluster affair when it happens at all.
