Come See Branded To Kill Tonight!

Today is the final International Arts Society screening of the semester. We're showing an existential Japanese B+W gangster film from 1967, Seijun Suzuki's Branded To Kill. It's darkly humorous and enlightening for cinema buffs in the way that some of Jean-Luc Godard's classics are. I'm going to be doing the Q+A afterwards and have written the notes, which I will post here in a moment. It would be great to see you there.

Details: The film plays at 7pm in room 120 of the Integrated Learning Center, the underground space in the middle of the University of Arizona mall. You can park in the Second Street garage for two dollars or at a meter. The film itself is free. The film is a little over an hour and a half. The Q+A should be around a half hour. That means you'd be done around 9:15pm if you stay for the whole thing.
