I didn't know you visited my backyard?!

In all seriousness, though... is it really snowing like that in Tucson, or did I miss something?

::smiling::

It rained last week, which meant that it snowed about 4000 feet. Temperatures remained chilly enough by Tucson standards to keep plenty of snow above 5000, so we drove up there yesterday to frolic for a bit in the coldness. I miss winter, but at least I can get it by driving for 45 minutes!

Ah, that makes sense.
That was something I appreciated about Tucson (at least in theory, since I rarely got an opportunity to practice it). I am also in shock about how close in temperature Prescott and Flagstaff often are to Boston.

Sorry I missed this earlier. . .

Flagstaff gets cold. I remember a number of winter days when both the highs and lows for the whole continental United States were in Arizona. The lack of moisture makes the temperature plunge up in the state's northern reaches.
