The more I clean up, though, the more I see new things littering my visual field.
Oh well, at least we have a new fish on the table.
I do miss Angela, though. I really dug that fish. You should have seen the way she wiggled her fins with excitement, despite being at death's door, when Skylar was talking to her yesterday afternoon, giving Angela her love and telling her goodbye.
The day really sucked, but I'm confident that I made the right decision to tell Skylar in time so that she could have some closure before the fish was totally out of it.
At least Skylar thanked me this morning for being truthful with her.
But, man, having to deal with Skylar's memories of her cat Tibbs and "Uncle Grandpa" passing away was hard, especially on top of everything else that's been going on of late.
Anyway, I'd better do those tasks, before my lettuce rush wears off completely. I've learned that a bag of Trader Joe's organic greens, eaten without accompaniment, does wonders for my energy. It's like green coffee!
